2026 September Meeting Minutes

Country Star Quilt Guild Meeting Minutes

Oct 12, 2026

Call To Worship

President, Lynette Talak called the meeting to order at 6:58 pm.

Welcome

Lynette welcomed everyone to the meeting, there were no new members or guests present.

Devotion

Elaine Wilkerson presented our devotion entitled “Fits or Fruits” using Galatians 5:22-23.  (Fruits of the Spirit) Do we find ourselves having more fits than fruits? Our fruit should sweeten relationships so His Holy Spirit will work in us to show our fruit to others. Jesus is the vine and we are the branches. Let’s strive for no Fits only Fruits.                                        There were several members mentioned requesting special prayer: Glenda Stonecipher’s husband Joe; Lynette’s husband Jim; Bonnie Cressey’s grandson Dalton; Sue Deyo; and Sandy and her husband Mike
