2026 June Meeting Minutes

Country Star Quilt Guild Meeting Minutes

June 8, 2026

Call to Order

President, Lori Frederick called the meeting to order at 6:34 pm.

Welcome

Lori welcomed everyone to our potluck dinner. Ginny Ackerman blessed our meal, and everyone enjoyed a delicious, covered dish dinner provided by guild members with the fried chicken provided by the guild.

Announcements

Lori asked everyone to take a copy of the financial reports from the table so that we could go over for transparency purposes. Lisa Maechtlen gave information regarding changes in the reporting of expenses and revenue going forward. These changes are necessary to “clean up” the accounting process for Internal Revenue Service purposes. Ellie Boette, Treasurer advised that expense reimbursements need to be processed within 30 days of purchase.

Several guild members and/or family have health concerns and Lori brought them to our attention and asked for prayer for them.
