Call to Order: Peggy Smith, President, called meeting to order at 7 PM
Devotion/Prayer: Gail Bowen led Prayer and Devotion (New Beginnings)
Welcome: All of the attending guild members, guests and new members
Annual Retreat: February 21-25, 2023
Secretary’s Report: Motion to approve by Joanne Griffis; seconded by Barbara Perkins; all approved
Treasurer’s report: Motion to approve by Anne Hines; seconded by Eileen VanFossen; all approved
